Biography
I qualified from the University of Southampton in 1984. I have worked in a variety of hospitals in England and in New Zealand. Following training in general internal medicine I specialised in rheumatology. I have particular expertise in metabolic bone diseases such as osteoporosis.

- Osteoarthritis

- Polymyalgia rheumatica
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Sciatica
- Shoulder pain
- Soft tissue problems such as tennis elbow and plantar fasciitis
- Systemic Lupus Erythematosus or Lupus
I am also a general in-taking physician and can treat a wide variety of common medical problems
Investigations available at St Anthonys Hospital
St Anthonys is an extremely well equipped to help me investigate and treat patients with bone and joint problems. As well as having facilities for blood tests and plain Xrays, the hospital has a state of the art MRI scanner and bone densitometer.
