Mr Fausto Palazzo is consultant endocrine surgeon at Hammersmith & Charing Cross Hospitals. He specialises in minimal access and re-operative thyroid and parathyroid surgery and laparoscopic adrenal surgery. He has a special interest in endocrine syndromes and neck lump surgery.
He trained in general surgery in London and in endocrine surgery at John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney (TS Reeve Fellow 2003) and at La Timone, Marseille (British Association of Endocribne Surgery Travelling Fellow 2004).
He has been awarded a Master of Surgery (MS) for endocrine research at St Bartholomew's Hospital and has published widely. He is on the faculty of the Royal College of Surgeons of England/British Association of Endocrine Surgery Masterclass and regularly peer reviews for international journals.
