ACCOUNTS CLERK
(PART TIME AFTERNOONS)
The Accounts Department is recruiting for the above part time permanent position (20hrs per week).
- The principal duties are:
- To ensure prompt and accurate keying of hospital charges;
- To identify any discrepancies or queries and seek appropriate resolution;
- To liaise with Theatre & Purchasing Departments regarding requisitions and to notify them of duplicate stock codes;
- To receive training in other areas of Accounts work in order to assist other sections within the Accounts office and to be included in the Saturday morning rota (approx one in five)
Candidates must possess a good eye for detail, be computer literate and be able to work under pressure.
